STEP Diplomas and Foundation Certificates are widely recognised and the designation “TEP” (Trust and Estate Practitioner), which STEP members can affix to their name, is a highly-valued designation by employers worldwide.

The STEP Foundation Certificate and Diploma in International Trust Management

This prestigious programme, designed for those working or aspiring to work in the field of international trust management, is recognised as a benchmark qualification for the industry. 
The Foundation Certificate is available to all those wishing to obtain a background in, and general knowledge of, the practice of trusts in the international context. The Diploma consists of four separate areas of study.

• Trustee Investment and Financial Appraisal

Completion of the Foundation Certificate leads to a professional affiliation with STEP and completion of the Diploma leads to full membership of STEP.
